A custom intake built to feed a Holley Hi-Ram manifold, routed to clear everything under the hood and polished to match the engine bay. The owner wanted the intake to look like it belonged in the car, so every weld on the visible side was laid to be seen.
A full 5-inch stainless exhaust for a 7.3 Excursion. Big-bore pipe is unforgiving: every joint has to line up before it is welded, or the whole system fights the chassis. Heat tint left raw underneath where only the fabricator sees it.
A railing made to fit a space where prefabricated, store-bought material wouldn't. Fixtured and welded on the table so the posts and rails stayed true, then finished in black and installed on site in an afternoon.
